The colts were well on the way 2 years ago but then dungees kid died and they lost that week. Not that im blaming it but Indy was really close to pulling off the 16-0 year.

Bingo.
I really don’t see anybody stopping the Patriots from going undefeated, unless injury occurs, something terrible happens, or week 16 they bench all the starters for playoffs (which wouldn’t happen if they went in 15-0) and they lost, even though their bench has been putting up numbers also this year.
Either way, it’s sick how good they are. I give Brady props, he throws for 400 yards, 5 tds and takes his helmet off and doesn’t break a sweat.
the pats are averaging 41.3 points a game which is the highest in history…
they are blowing teams out, not just winning.
Could be one of the best teams ever IMO
What a raping that was yesterday.
doubt they will go 16-0, but they’ll be the top team for sure… i cant wait for next weeks game against indy… GO COLTS!!!
Screw the thought of running up the score. This isnt the fuckin nintendo wii mercy rule or a stupid HS sporting event. These a professional athletes getting paid millions to do a job, which just so happens NE does better than anybody. You only hear the idiotic players piss and moan about NE running up the score. What a joke those players are to their own organization if they have to cry to the media about the pats being too good. If the patriots pulled brady after half, just admit it…all the retarded football fans who just hate for the sake of hating, theyd call them classless just the same for “Insulting the opponent”. The patriots are a good team, and the only team that can compete with them is the colts. There wont be any “running up” of the scores next week.
Predictions:
Colts 31-28 Vinny puts the dagger in the patriots 16-0 bid, with a last minute FG.
haha its funny cause they could score a lot more then they do and people still complain
Blowouts are one thing… but you know that Belichik is gonna catch flak if Brady gets hurt if he’s still playing when it’s 42-0 in the third quarter.
Then again, it says much that they’ve only beaten one team that’s more than 1 game over .500…
I’d think that if they blow out the Colts, then we can be sure they’ll go 16-0. The only other teams with good records left on their schedule are the Steelers and the Giants.
And it makes me wonder how pissed people will be that their last regular-season game (vs. NYG) will be carried on NFL Network only.

I doubt they can keep it together for 16 straight, though. They were saying the same thing about Denver in (1999?) or whatever and they didn’t make it that far. They had the same kind of juggernaut offense and great D.

98, its the year the vikings went 15-1 with said juggernaught offense (cunnigham+moss+carter+smith) with a subpar D at best. same year they broke the redskins old record. i believe the is 530ish?
the broncos did win the superbowl that year, and i think they started off 8-0 like the vikings… but finished like 14-2?
fucking gary anderson:hang:
I don’t think many people really thought that the only they were winning is because of the tapes. The fact is, even with those tapes, the players had to be good enough to go out on the field and get the job done.
I also have no reason to doubt that they will go 16-0. I’ll be very surprised if the Colts win next week; I just don’t see it happening.
ftr moss has 11 TD’s right now, rices record is 22.

sigh the glory days of the Vikes. Look at where we are now.
psh … that wasnt even their glory days … just the better of the past 10 years
good pt traum. But even with the injury factor its easy for everybody to sit back and say “oh you did that wrong” after the fact. And the tape thing is bs. Everybody in the league steals signs. Oh well, pats got caught…twice actually. So bill wasnt trained in stealth tactics. shrugs
^ werd,(was reffering to j_espo but took too long to type) so weird going from scoring on every drive to struggling to score more than one offensive TD per game
i’d wager good money to say the pats stomp all over peyton and da coltzzzz
