Sure, but they won’t cut you a check for $12,000 more than the car is worth. The pre approved ammount is going to be fairly close to the blue book of said car. You won’t get a secured loan for $17k w/out $17k worth of collateral. :ugh:

Again, wrong. I just tell them I am shopping for used cars and what a blank check ready to go, not sure what I want but I need money. Pre-approve me for $XX,XXX.xx amount.
