i’ve used skype on my Ipaq before, worked prety well
I used it at OGSI. A bunch of times I’d have someone call me on a land line and ask me to turn it on so we could talk for free. The back-to-back comparison showed how it was absolutely awesome how much more clear than a land line it was when talking to people in Russia or Vietnam.

I can skype on 1x lol, it’s a little laggy but really clear!
