I just replied…curiousity got the better of me. But I did not forward my name/address/telephone#, etc. I asked for the title, description and pay range first. I’ll be the one controlling how information passes…and you can bet that it won’t be via a telephone.

I got a call from them a while back, they always offer me jobs in fucking different stats for like contract to hire work, like 3month shit. Who the fuck wants to move out of state for a shorterm contract to hire job?
I told them to only call me when they had openings for shortterm stuff like installs of shit i would get paid an assload to do for like an hour worth of work.
oxford has a very high turn over rate for their recruiters.

I’d love to do stuff like that, but I’ve been duped into the American fantasy that we call a “career” due to my need for steady income.
They have been contacting me since my Sophomore year of college. Even though I have told them three times now when I graduate…they never seem to be able to note that in their paper work.
I know I talked with Babs Duncan there but not sure what the other guys name was.
They set me up with an interview once for a mechanical engineering position. I don’t have a degree, but know my shit as far as shell and tube heat exchanger design. So I tell the guy, “Make sure they know I don’t have a degree”. He says yea they dont mind. I drive 50 minutes to the interview, They say where’s your degree? I was there 3 minutes.
