K den, stop being a cheap bitch and get a real cell phone… I’ve had them all virgin mobile wasn’t that bad
I just said I pay $14X for 2 iphones unlimited talk/txt/4gb/tethering from AT&T
And now you’re comparing unlimited plans to 3000 txts and 1200min.
You should probably just get an Obama phone
Lel government phonez
Verizon Prepaid Unlimited/Text/Call/2GB - $60 - http://www.verizonwireless.com/wcms/consumer/shop/prepaid-T4b.html
I thought you were getting married maybe a shared plan might save you money?
I used Virgin mobile for years on pre-pay plans since I have no friends.
It was fine unless I left erie county. Then I had to talk of friends verizon phones because they ALWAYS had service.
Now I have VZW and only lose service on airplanes and in much of alleghany st park.
Yeah, I am married, but I never even thought about looking into the shared plans, just because we only pay $59 a month now between the two of us. I am not sold on anything yet, and my current plan is working, I am just starting to explore the options out there for me to get a better phone than the Incredible that I have now. It’s sounding like Virgin has a decent company and phones, but not the best network, so I will likely steer clear, for now.
Tmobile prepaid is pretty good so far.
They roam on the ATT network for voice and text.
$50 per month, using a $110 Windows 8 phone. Works for me.
My fiance has verizon prepaid, I think it is $50 per month for unlimited on a 79 dollar radio shack android smartphone.
Honey can you hear me now, juat you just say? These phones blow I want a divorce…
Yeah,I’ve been using VM for a year now, works great in WNY…havent run into issues unless its a really rural area. Look at the coverage map for yourself and you decide…
I’m a cell phone dealer. While my virgin mobile customers consist mostly of complaining crackheads that own a free government cell phone, I get several customers that are on a monthly plan that are usually disappointed with the coverage. I can say though, whenever I had to contact customer service they were always helpful.
I’ve had ATT for the last 8 years, and yesterday, for the first time I can say I was disappointed. In Norwalk, OH I barely had service as it kept cutting out.
Virgin is Sprint, so well they have shitty service in Buffalo.
If you want to keep it cheap, I would recommend Tmobile Sim Only plans and get a unlocked sim based phone, not a fan of straighttalk.
I’m not sure how people justify cutting costs on something that can be so important
Verizon wireless prepaid with an iPhone from eBay can’t be beat for customer service, service and price
Considering you can get the iPhone 4s and older on Page Plus for $29.95 a month, I would argue that Verizon wireless prepaid CAN be beat.
As for justifying cutting costs… I don’t use my phone that often. I feel people are getting way too attached to their phones if that is the mentality that it is “so important”. It’s just another tool, like many things.
After reading people’s advice in this thread and online, I think I am going to hold off another year with my Incredible on Page Plus, and then see if they upgrade to 4g or not. From then, I can see where these other networks are at and make a decision.
