i changed my deck and my windows dont work, my cluster lights dont light up and my tail lights dont work, is this because of improper wiring?
lol that sucks, i have never had a problem with that and have had numerous decks in 2 different s13’s. Its gotta be soem sort of wiring problem… Does everything work when you hook up the stock radio?
chances are you blew a bunch of fuses. i lost my cluster lights when i put in my deck… found a burned fuse. replaced it and everything was good…oh yeah, i blew the hatch light (y’know when you leave the hatch or a door open that light behind you?) too, never got around to fixing that.
you didnt disconnect the negative battery cable when you installed it did you

i blew one of my fuses when messing around with a new deck…ended up a blew a fuse that turns on ur map light when u open the door…the fuse also makes the ting ting, ting ting, ting ting, when ur doors open and the keys are in the ignition…
not sure if this will help but check your tail light fuse and make sure u tape up all cut wires. my car was like this and this helped.

I’ve installed over 2500decks in the last 3 years I’ve been Installing Car
Audio/Video and Security and have never disconnected a battery once.

try taking your deck out and unhook the plug from your deck then change your fuse and see if your lights work. if so then u might have a wire that is shorting out. also make sure u tape up every wire that are open.
