Its just pisses me off because my parents were going to adpot a beagle puppy a while back but were denied because they didnt have a fenced in yard. Beggers cant be choosers and I think some shelters have trouble grasping that concept. I feel bad for dogs that never go on walks because their owners are ignorant and consider letting a dog run in a small backyard the only form of exercise it will ever need while also not socializing the dog at all. Shelters are really missing out on a lot of great potential homes with that rule.
