I have several shows on DVR. What kind of hardware or software do i need? I am running XP professional with no video capturing device.

im pretty sure u can use a usb dazzle
for a while, that was the standard to record from analog camcorders onto pc. u can essentially use the dazzle the same way, just plug rcas into the dazzle from the box’s output, then capture
How would the quality be? I know when I record shows, even HD shows on my DVR the quality is drastically worse that when aired.
