They make dress socks with a white cotton bottom and toe.
I might have missed the job, but when I was in college I worked security and found they didn’t have a problem with me wearing all black new balance sneakers.

I got some from like Old Navy that are pure cotton like my white socks but now that I dont need to dress up anymore I dont wear then.
Get some inserts for your shoes and get used to putting powder in them to prevent them from smelling horrible over time.
These are ~50 @ Khol’s in case anyone wants a pair…
