Shouldn’t you have chosen the custom coilovers after the car was corner weighted so that you could experimentally balance the car instead of going by theoretical numbers and specing the coilovers for the theorectical number?
If you are building a car around a motor, does it not make more sense to start with a chassis, then the motor, and balance it as you go along.
Thus the final step should be coilovers, not the other way around.
Does that not make sense?
I like the car so far however, and you guys do seem to be making an effort to do everything correctly.

to add to this, I hope you plan to move the firewall back as well to maintain any sort of weight balance and turning moment. also how do you plan to overcome the 240’s obvious front end design flaws ? weak firewall and soft monoframe front frame forks are bad enough with the SR, with a 26 it’s going to be retarded You need to rename the car the ramen express … that front ens NEEDS to be tubed up with some .083" wall 1.25" 4130 and a few feet of 1/8" 4130 plate. of coulrse my favorite… foam the rails!!!
When you guys decide it’s going to be too much of a PITA to do, can I buy the engine off you? I want to build an RB and put it in my car. 8)

if anyone wants a 26 my supplier I think STILL has the RB26 gold top with 6spd tranny, turbos and ecu’s for like $6800… he’s having a hard time getting rid of it so he may go lower in price… very pretty, I must say… for a piston engine.
