Delta Property Management has some decent 1 bedrooms across from Vaders hardware on rt.19 in Ross. They are 400+electric. Very nice and clean for the price.

pipes burst in my bathroom and kitchen… no idea why. this isn’t the first time either. my landlords are alright people, but they aren’t too good at home repair.

a little after I left Northwood to go to Coldwell Banker, I picked up a listing in Millvale (Far from flood zone) that would mortgage out for less than 400 a month (with taxes)… assuming you financed the whole thing… Buy it now, rent it later when you are ready for your “real” home…
i’ve decided to stay at my girlfriend’s for a bit and try to buy a duplex.
That makes a little more sense!
