I am relocating to your area this September for the next 3 years for a job I am working on with West View Water Authority. I am looking for a house to rent in the area of Wildwood, West View, or other close cities.

I dunno where those areas are, but I live in a townhouse and theres townhouses around me for rent. 875 a month

If the wife and I buy a house in the next month (good possibility) our townhouse in McCandless (real close to West View) will be for rent soon- nice place, $750/month is what we pay. I’ll keep you posted. :smiley:

I lease and manage rental properties through Coldwell Banker, go to www.pittsburghmoves.com for single family homes for rent. Also Realtor.com has a simliar search… Glad to help if I can

tell me about it, i live in the cheaper townhouses some range to 2.8k a month.

I live with my gf and and a buddy of mine from college and me and my girl are wanting to move out and get a place of our own. the lease ends on feb 29th. we’ve been looking for someone to take over my side of the lease. if you want to move in you’ll have a roommate till then and it’s $325/m each plus utilities so it’s about $400/m roughly. real nice place. two bedrooms, 2 baths, newly painted living room, remodeled kitchen, finished basement, laundry room/weight room, atic for storage, nice sized fenced in back yard, one car garage/one car driveway/onstreet parking, and the neighbors are awesome, located in Brentwood about 10 mins south of the city on Rt 51

Well I know this is a shame to say but my grandpap just passed away and left the house to his kids. They will either sell it or rent it.

Its got all you would need minus furniture its in plum boro so its a peaceful place.

The trip from Plum to West View is going to be a haul everyday, especially for someone that isn’t even from Pittsburgh.

I have found out the exact location of the building I will be working from daily and it’s located in the 2400 - 2500 block of Wildwood Rd near a golf course?

so anything within a 20 minute drive or less would be great!

where are you going to be working? My office is right up the street from Wildwood (where it hits Perry Highway)…
