nice car,poor wheels
I love the E55 AMG. I’ve also been looking. The prices on the 2002 models are getting WAY down there also, around $17K even with lower mileage. Right now is a great time to buy a used high end luxury car. Crazy deals all over eBay right now.

its because you don’t want an 02 model…
why whats wrong with 02’s?
ewwww i guess the newer one looks a little better
a little?
I do agree that the 2003+ is a much better looking/performing car, the 2000-2002 is still a great car and half the price. That pic is not an AMG. Here is a pic of the AMG.
2002 is straight up ghetto at this point even as an AMG.
meh the newer ones look like they have the body lines of an old altima…
^ identical
people forgot to mention how much slower they are too… you are gaining pimp factor, but paying for the speed of an E36 M
Meh, Its a big, boring drive that lacks that precision on an M car, no thanks

XJR.
Does the E55 have electronic brakes? The E-Class I drove did and it was an awful experience.
You know, for the longest time I did, until I got the M6 that is.
After after almost 2 years in that, I will probably never buy another benz over a bimmer.
Yeah ok the tourqe was nice, but as far as the bang for your buck supercar type feel, BMW all the way.
M6 is on another level to your old E tho
But yea, not too many cars can touch an M6 lol
Whats the reliability on these? Any common issues? at what mileages? Is it worth buying an extended warranty?
