They swapped a 6 cylinder into it so the tach is off, I hit like 9k in my 325 with a 318 cluster :lol
or the F20C in it revs to 9k, it was a 318, it can receive the signal no problem.

my buddy swapped an M3 engine into his 318Ti and when you changed gears it would keep the tach buried.
