Yeah, I didn’t really phrase that right. What I meant was if we haven’t built any since the 70’s, and our current refineries can’t meet demand, of course we’re going to look globally. We’re not just going to stop using gasoline because our government is too stupid to bitch slap a few tree huggers and build some more refineries here.
