I used to deal with Oddy’s awhile back. Tough that he seems to be taking down the name with him.
Guys like this give independent shops a bad name.

In another instance, Leverentz was paid thousands of dollars to build an engine for a drag racer, and the engine exploded after only three runs.
Did he tune it as well?
Race motors do blow up. Don’t know if I’d hang a legal hat on that one. But swapping parts and cutting corners is scum. Unfortunately it happens more than we’d like to think.
Better to do a good job have happy customers and get referrals and repeat business than scam for the quick buck.
I really think the guys just having a tough time and trying to make ends meet, maybe he made some bad decisions yes but he’s trying to correct them. business is been tough the past 5-6 years

I googled him and the scams go back years. I can understand tough times, but the way he treated the customers (as written on other forums) is inexcusable. There are not just a few complaimts , they are tons, and they all read the same. Based on what I read, I’m surprised it took this long to catch up with him.
Yeah, if it were a Z motor I can understand.
This is not a surprise. The guy has been posted all over yellow bullet for years about he’s been screwing people over.
That’s where I read a lot of posts about him.
