ecu flash

looking for someone to flash an ecu for a 91 sonoma 4.3l i want more horsepower, change from towing gears car anyone do it pm a price

advance timing to 6 or 8 degrees depending on fuel you use
exhaust and intake

if your not happy with the power of a 262.cu. Bolt in a small block.

If you really want a tune. DL WINALDL and buy the cable.
Or buy a drop in chip.
Buy a Holley TB.
Long tube hedders…yadda yadda.

These things do not need tunes until your modifying the shit out of it.

thanks chris

True say, just cam the fucker and put headers on it,…then make the headers exit through the hood. That’l be so gangster, you’ll be swimming knee deep in pussy. And, if you can throw down in the bedroom oylimpics, you can make the pussy pay for your performance parts too.

^ Thats how i get my shit

zoomies!!!

I had a custy come in today with an LB4 (4.3L TBI) Complaining of NO power, coolant loss and fuel consumption.

Took it for a drive. Right away heard pre-ignition. Could smell coolant. Brought her in to the operating room.
Cut the bitch open and found the intake mani gasket was rock fuckin hard. Tune-up parts were ancient and the timing had been fucked with to compensate for the shit tune up parts.

Long long story short. Replaced Intake mani gasket, full tune up, oil change, repair fuel lines yadda yadda.

Set the timing to 2 degrees BTDC Stock is 0. Took her for a blast…and MOTHER FUCKER!!! She hauls ass!

So, that is my suggestion to you. Now that I have recent proof lol.
You can try 3, maybe 4 degrees advanced. But, I am almost positive that once the torque curve dies down around 3,650rpm you’ll start hearing pre-ignition (rattling) from the engine. If you do. turn it down 2 degrees. Be sure to disconnect the spout inside the truck (tan wire w/black stripe - under carpet - under dash, passengers side) when you set the timing. Then shut the truck off, plug it back it. Start up, go for a rip.

You probably won’t get anything more than 4 degrees safely if it’s all stock. Get an intake and get rid of the shit mufflers we got on the LB4’s and you can probably safely push 4 degrees.

Until you get a cam and monster intake like I do. That’s all you’ll get.
With the spout plugged back in, you should be running around 22-24 degrees.
I’m running usually 30-45 degrees depending on some stuff (trying shit out now)

True dual exhaust with an x-pipe will help torque in a minor way. Plus it’ll sound gangstur! Drop in K&N is good enough. Summer time, just flip the lid (newfie intake) Unless your gonna get serious with this truck. Just do that.
If you are gonna get serious. Choose wether your gonna throw a 305/350 or be a sappy fucker like me and stick with the LB4. (there’s not many guys like me :P)

Let me know if you need help!

lmao thanks chris …yeah…all those things are happening gotta look into this :open_mouth:
