Just taken a few minutes ago after I mounted the BBS’s with Dunlops for Auto-x in the morning :):taco:

I’ve been a Subaru owner since my first wrx back in late 2001. It was a 2002 WRB WRX and it was my first introduction to the world of turbo boxer 4’s  Sorry I couldn’t find any old digital pics of the wrx, though I have a ton of photos at home.

After driving my 02 wrx through the first 3 yrs of college, I had an oppurtunity to buy one of the first STI’s that came to Pittsburgh when one of the original owners backed out of his presale. The stage 2 wrx quickly got converted back to stock and again I was a proud owner of a 2004 STI. Over the last 2 yrs of school ( I took a a victory lap at PSU) it served as my DD, auto-x car and my ski transport between PA and VT. I then left to work in China and Taiwan after graduating and had to leave the STI at home.

When I came back, I was going through some changes with my job, location and various personal issues, and somehow in a lapse of clear headed judgement, I impulsively traded the STI in for a Toyota FJ Cruiser. I quickly started modding the truck with the fervor of my previous vehicles and this was the result:

Kept the truck for ALMOST a year, and in Feb, traded it in for this.

500 miles later, the modding began…

those are badass

:bigok:

Cool Suby

did i see you drivin through arlington today

:bigok: The grille looks like it needs something though? Or maybe paint the chrome ring for the grille to match the car?

THATS BADASS

Very very nice.

I’m agree with Mr. 1320, the grille looks too plain.

Looks sweet!

that is one cool looking vehicle

nice looking car. x41240 on the grill comments though. it looks like something is missing.

Most likely, I live in the slopes.

I’m installing the badge back on, jsut havent had time, this is a DIY grill for now, The stock one is bright and chromed out, but since the car is pretty new and Subaru changed the body lines from the previous years, there isnt anything else in the aftermarket yet.

maybe try to spray tint the stock grill so it gives it a black chrome look?

Very nice Scooby man.

That’s a bad-ass car.

I think I may have seen you/that car at Pep Boys in Cranberry last weekend. Very sick.

updated!!!

Last time I saw the car, it had an oil leak. Get that patched up?

I just noticed where the muddy pic of your FJC was taken, too. Spent a lot of time up in those woods back in the day.

Yep, it was a crack in the stock oil return hardline. While I was in there, I went ahead and changed the hardline to a braided softline, changed from teh VF46 turbo to a 8cm 20g, 750cc injectors, custom fuel rails… as well as a few more goodies

Good deal. I love that car.
