I think that a lot of members on this board(and every other automotive forum) overestimate their own driving abilities when these type of questions come up. In my opinion, everyone should be required to test every 5 years or so and that test should consist of something similar to a motorcycle safety course.

My fiance’s grandmother just pulled out in front of someone in November. They were both in the hospital and she is still there. She just didn’t look before pulling out and still doesn’t think it was her fault. Working in insurance claims, I want to slap her.
