BAr and Plate … without a doubt … ALL of my AOD cars run one for the trans … only way to keep them alive… I did a test about 4 years ago on one of my stangs … and the stacked plate setup was 30* cooler than a shitty tube setup … this was tested in bumper to bumper traffic in the middle of summer
