well, if my rings are shot, which i’ll try and find out tonight if they are or not. would one of those cheap kits for 340 off ebay hold out for a year or so at 7-8 psi while i build up another one? thanks.

Replace the motor with another and build up the one with the shot rings. A used KA can be had for alot cheaper then $340. And its less labour.
well, i pulled the plugs, and #2, and 3 were COVERED in oil, like, it was dripping off of them. so i’m thinking it’s the pistons themselves, hopefully the walls aren’t scored. draggone, i sent you a pm’. and hurricane, it would be considerably more for me to pick up a KA than that as i’d have to travel down south to pick it up. sooo, park insurance is what the 240 is reduced to.
