Epic Apocalyptic Winter Stormgasm 2015/2016

I got a whole inch in Williamsville…on a brighter note I drove to Lancaster last night and found some unplowed roads to make rooster tails with. Supercharger whine is much easier to hear when the snow muffles the exhaust:)

Lake effect band is supposed to redevelop and set up over Buffalo/Northtowns by 10am. If you look at the radar right now you can see it forming along the Canadian shore of Lake Erie.

Here it comes…

It’s about time. I plan on taking the sled down the street tonight if possible…

Jack D + Netflix + Fireplace > wet shoes and being cold and bouncing an expensive car off a curb

The news apparently talked to the owner this morning. The car is across the street from a bar. He was out with his friends, had a few too many, and did the right thing in calling a cab. Talk about getting screwed for doing the right thing! He anticipates it will be stuck there till spring.

We were talking about “what would you do if it was your car” yesterday. I’m pretty sure a decent flatbed operator could winch that up ice and all and then drop it somewhere heated. Within a day or so I bet it would melt enough to remove the ice without damage.

Couple canopy tents, tarps, and torpedo heater will fix that right up. No need for a tow truck.

i can’t imagine what that thing weighs now

That’s not a bad idea actually.

Someone should go do it for him, haha.

Flatbed it to a self serve car wash and hose it off with heated water.

Lift off, nuke the sight from orbit, the only way to be sure…

Wife is in Kenmore and as of 15 minutes ago, (or so) was reporting thundersnow.

Yea Getzville just had an awesome squall and display of poor driving out our windows.

you can access from the other side of the car, start the car, put heat on full blast, come back in like 3-4 hours, done. cost like $5 in gas.

^ I have my doubts it can draw in enough air to run.

Thundersnow in North Buffalo around noon. Couldn’t see more than a car length.

^ Yeah, but but 12:30 it was over. Same thing happened here and I’m about to close my blinds because of the sun. That lake effect they said was going to set up over the northtowns looks like it’s setting up south of the city right now.
