ethanol free 91 at noco?

Noticed that the noco on the hamburg tnpk now has ethanol free 91. Since I have a car that requires 91 this is convenient. Any thoughts on the perceived advantages to ethanol free gas? In theory it should result in at least a small increase in mileage. I assume that all nocos have this now but its the first I’ve noticed.

From everything that I’ve read, you should get about 15% better mileage.

And in older cars it won’t kill your injectors.

i also heard today that if your a AAA member and you swipe your card you get 3cents off of your gas per gallon @ noco

I also heard today that if you take a keg of bottle tops to wegmans you get a free keg of your choosing.

and also, 15% is about the norm.
But I find that weird, because I heard ethanol was added to conserve oil resources, and if you’re mixing 10% of ethanol in with gasoline, and it decreases mileage by 15%, aren’t we actually using more gas to get less? :\

N00b, it’s the tops from cans not bottles! duh!

N00bs, both of you. it’s the tabs from cans.

and anyone else see this ethanol free 91 at nocos in like the williamsville/cheektowaga/depew area?

That’s what i just said! lol

tops/=tabs
:stuck_out_tongue:

Is this only on 91 oct

yeah. The stations on main in willyville and in the village of hamburg don’t have it.

I just wanted to post tabs from cans = free kegs. But i missed the party. crap

If you’re talking about main and youngs i was there two days ago… nobody knew anything about non ethanol gas there…
