I had never heard of low potassium levels causing problems?
i did not even know it was an electrolyte.
i guess a level of ~1.2 is EXTREMELY low.

i actually almost died when i was 5 from this. Ever since then i have to get bloodwork atleast once a week and take nasty ass medicine that tastes like rotten bannanas
I’ve gotten some crazy spasms in my calves from a low potassium level.
Kind of funny, I got a massive spasm in my calf when watching film in highschool football, and my coach ran to his office got a couple bananas and had me eat them and put them under my tongue and the spasm went away!
