I was just driving normally. 3 people in my car and in my rear view mirror, I see a GTO rushing up. There was no way I could’ve caught up so I dropped to third and at the same time, switched to higher boost mode and floored it. My car felt slooooow. Mebbe I should reset my ECU or something. Anyway, right when I dropped to third, the GTO already passed me. By the time I floored it, he’s already 4 cars ahead of me and he was at least at 90 while I’m still at 45. At 120, I caught up and I was about 3 car lengths behind him. I figured 120 is fast on the blvd so I shut it down but he kept going :roll2:. Nice little run tho. GTOs arent too slow.
:word: gto’s are underated by the import community
i think they are fast… but at least our cars look 1000000x better
:tup:
:bsflag:
=)
dude your car looks like a cheesed off mouse
=( thats not nice
my car looks as jdm as any other car ever invented
jdm /= sexy. No curves, only sharp funny looking angles…
i think you meant != lol.
:biglaugh:
nice car btw i saw you in black rock today at kwik fill/citgo :tup:
that was me i think
right across from advance?
I was playing along with a black 2004 GTO last night, they are pretty fast
we caught up at the light and here was our conversation:
me = nice ride, what you got in there? LS1?
gtodude = agh…is a 5.7 with 400hp, this baby can go 191mph
me = ahhhhhhhhh! lol
by the way I smoked one last year with my old setup
I’d like GTO’s, if they didn’t look so much like oversized Cavaliers.
dont think it was me. I am SLAMMED to the floor. 3 inches off the ground. I heard GTOs arent designed in the US. If I didnt have 3 people in my car and if we were side-by-side on a roll, he wouldve gotten killed. 400hp doesnt mean anything =P
The sytlying on the GTO’s need help no doubt. But their performance aspect of the car is great! Now the GTO’s of the 60’s is a different story.
gto’s look like grand prix’s to me…
ALL Pontiacs look like Grand Prixs lol
:biglaugh: …AGREE

I disagree. Plenty of curves to be found.
