exhaust question

has anyone on here installed a new exhaust and had any trouble with it touching the undercarrage and makin a ton of noise. if so what have you guys done to fix it? :!:

My exhaust is constantly bouncing off something, as to what I did to fix, I just got used to it.

you can get your hangers bent/re-welded by any exhaust shop to position it better

bend, cut, weld to make it stop rubbing. Everytime it hits it puts stress on your manifold.

Ask Jamie (Phat240) how much fun it is to replace his turbo to manifold gasket because it came loose. Or replace his cracked elbow.

I just had the muffler guy that built my exhuast tweek it with a crow bar! just bent a hanger a few cm’s and it has never made a sound since.

My exhaust got ripped off (caught by a rock on road construction) and after it was welded back on, it would rattle against my diff. . .so i welded another hanger and bent it away from it. . .but then the exhaust broke off again. . .

thanks guys i got the problem solved. it was my back hanger piece that connects to the frame rail.it was being held on by only one bolt and it was lose to boot. ahhhhhhh… so relieved!!!
