I don’t know about “extreme brutality”. They busted his window and dragged him out. They tried to open the door, it wouldn’t open, they acted as fast as they could. It’s not like they started punching him and kicking him. They got him on the ground and that was that.

My grandfather is a diabetic and makes funny faces when his sugar is getting low…
my dad had that happen. It didnt end like that tho. My dads sugar dropped while he was out and he rear ended a parked car. The lancaster cop was very nice that called me. He asked was he on something, I politely told him that he was recovering from his kidney transplant and he was a diabetic. They treated him very well.
