Pro 5.0 is a shifter base, not a stick
and FYI i have a Lou’s Short Stick
i swapped in a stock hurst

The pro 5.0 is a complete shifter that comes with the pro 5.0 base. nobody talks about just a base when they mention a shifter its a whole unit :picard:

Hey, moron, try to understand this. Jim asked for a short stick for his hurst. You mentioned he had a pro5.0, which is a BASE, and not even what he was looking for in the first place. I mentioned I have a lous short stick for sale which is what he originally aske for. Do I need to draw a picture? God, I don’t even know why I waste my time arguing with you.

I just asked him why he needed a short stick when he has a COMPLETE Pro 5.0 shifter AND stick (which is jsut about the shortest throw besides an MGW) in his car for the longest time. I used to have a Pro 5.0 for a long time I know what one is sparky.

Actually he butted in after I asked Jim a quesiton but I guess since I have a Mustang that by Nyspeed law I’m just always wrong.

What i was asking for was this, minus the gay handle
its a short stick that shortens the height of the shifter, i did not mean a short throw shifter. I want to use the stock hurst to switch it up for a bit. It is much nicer to drive with the hurst, although the pro 5.0 feels better for racing, which i am trying to take a break from.
who said anything about humpers or problems in the shop? who said anything about me not liking mustangs? only you. internet is serious business? LOL.
-i can handle MY shop don’t you worry about that.
-i never called you a humper, nor do i care what you are either way. in fact you are the pure opposite of a humper because you always seem to try to belittle people’s stuff even if it’s much faster/proven/betterlooking/more reliable than yours. -i’ve always liked mustangs. one of my best friends on here has a mustang and i like it a lot. a certain mustang in fact is the reason i got the domestic disease years back, and there are several i’d like to own someday. even though your mustang is rather slow and was buffed with sandpaper, that’s not the reason you annoy me.

Did you read his post? It says minus the gay handle. Jt76 for the sake of mankind please let me know when you get a short stick so I can close this thread. Oh and fyi when I went low 10’s it was hurst+short stick. :tup:
I should of tried the short stick on my hurst 1st, but JT will have to let me know how it is, i’ll probly barrow the pro5.0 possibly… i do have the MGW it is great for DDing super short, it just takes a little effort to get into the gears, and when you want to shift fast for racing like i said you need a good push to shift it lol. But it could be me not racing all the time, ill have to hit the track with it first.
