k… umm… just a thought here but isnt the ford GT engine just a more aggressively tuned cobra engine and mid/rear … other than the styling i dont see much of a difference there… if you can afford 150k+ for the car… drive the damn thing.

the Ford GT engine is a 5.4 DOHC with a bigger blower, dry sump oil system, and im sure there are quite a few other differences.
im sure there are differences but there are many similarities… as a matter of fact bruce tansky basically daily drives a ford GT in the summer (owns fairways of halfmoon golfcourse) amongst other apartment and business complexes in clifton park/halfmoon/etc…
