No it goes by your RPM… just because someone raced more than 5 times doesnt mean they can handle level 4 without spinning out and crashing.
if your RPMs are high enough ( over 1400, you will get level 4 which is the fastest setting)
So u get turned up at 1400 regardless of what race it is?
