Fed contractor job and driving record....

I got a job offer with a federal government contractor. Now they need to do a background check. On the form it states that i need to list all the traffic violation that is over $100 in fines i had. Well since DMV is only keeping the driving records for about 3 yrs or so, i cant remember all the minor violations i had prior to that. Most of them are minor ones. Where else you think i can obtain my driving record? Is there such service like the ones we use to check our credits?

Look for this on the front page: Order an Abstract of Your Driver Record

You can only obtain your driving record for the past THREE years. I’m trying to get my whole record.

Maybe your insurance company has a more detailed background check. I would just write the ones off the DMV records, and say you can’t recall the rest since you don’t remember. Are they doing a single scope background investigation on you? Your credit history is probably more important to them.
