I too buy my oil @ walmart.
The annoying part is that I can not always find 5w20 for the wifes car.
It always seems as though they are sold out whenever I go there.
You can get a jug of rotella for less… IIRC. I think its less than $20.

suprisingly… oil from the bmw dealer is relatively cheap as well. $4.75/ quart of Castrol Syntec.

I despise Walmart, but heard about the cheap oil. Only reason I went.
WalMart undercuts their prices to get you in the store and put the small guy out of business, many times cutting a loss, that’s why their prices are so low. Fuck WalMart. If you really despised them, you wouldn’t got there.

Umm the ONLY thing I buy is Oil there, that means that Walmart is making negative $ from me if it’s a loss-leader. That is NOT supporting walmart.
autozone has good specials once in a while. over the summer I got 5 qts of castrol syntec and a k&n filter for $27.

yea i got the jug of mobil 1 and the filter for like 33bucks out the door, they were also offering an air filter for an extra 2bucks

Ive had my jeep for over 20000 miles, opened the hood like once and never personally did an oil change… I love the damn thing. I go to firestone and get my oil change, tire rotation, and alignment for 17.99 or something retarded.
