damn! it’s odd to hear a story like that and it doesn’t end in ‘we lost it all’. whew.

also, 911 operators are fucking tools. you’d think they’d tr3at their job a little more serious considering it’s 9fuckin11 but usually they act like dicks or like they don’t care.
