i raced my old warrior in 91 with a thumb throttle and no nerfs. tether cord only.
ya, im pretty sure alot of places just required the tether atleast. nerfs and twist th mightve been something that was subject track-to-track. i’d like to ride one of those new 450s quads on a track. looks like so much fun.
I never heard anything about a twist throttle ever all u need to race is nerf bars and a tether
