first turbo ZR1

copied from CF:

Just finished getting the car off the dyno to see what she would make on 93 Octane Pump Gas. We ended up with 956whp STD and 934whp SAE at 14psi. I’m very happy with the results especially being on a conservative tune. Conditions were 91 degrees Fahrenheit with 36% Humidity. Going to stick a little race gas in her and turn the boost up soon. Thanks to Nelson Performance for making this dream come true. Enjoy.

motor is a 430ci stroked motor with steel billet crank, Crower billet rods, Ross low compresion pistons, and twin gt35’s

I just came…

Woooooow

Not that it needs it, but it could take advantage of bigger turbos IMO.

that is unreal!

i wonder what it did for oil being a dry sump… as in how much harder or easier it is to do it

Holy hell that thing sounded like a fucking jet

not even an original ls9…ive been keeping up on this thread for a little bit on CF. pretty sick tho

iv been watching this build for a while! so sick!!! Not to take anything away from it but it is a HUGE motor w/ twin turbos, i wouldnt expect much less…

I think Id have to buy a base C6 if I were gonna do that!! Sick numbers though on pump, thats gonna be a REAL hard car to beat on the highway

thats kinda what i was thinkin… you could do a full on zr1 widebody clone 440ci and tt cheaper than the sticker on a stock zr1, same look, same results…

For sure!

Or you could have that guys money and just butcher a ZR1 to show off and make huge power while doing it

awesome shit

pretty bad ass

^EXACTLY
