Thank you for the advice. I will definitely keep it in mind. I’ll start off with a shovel or something, which is definitely lighter than that hammer I mentioned earlier (looks like a hammer they use to drive spikes into the railroad lol). I’m actually pretty strong in the upper body. I did a bench of 180 after doing reps of 120, 140, and 160. Like I said, my upper body is fine. It’s just my lower back which I want to try to reinforce any way I can and try to help my spine out.
Thanks John. The medicine I’ve been drinking for the last 6 months or so (Joint Advantage Gold) has Glucosamine and like 50 other herbs and such. I’ve gotten limited results from it thus far. I have two bottles (one at work and one at home) and both are about halfway done. Maybe by the time I finish, I’ll be a little better.
This back is just hampering me from getting fully into shape. I can’t run or play intense sports for more than 20 minutes before my back and legs give out on me.
