I really worded it wrong. I didn’t mean “start” heavy, I meant “go for” heavy. Like I said in that second post, form first, then weight. I was more referring to the amount of reps/sets. As in, don’t just lift some feather 20 times in a row, because that’s really not optimal for building strength.
