Planning on getting back to a routine for this race season, checking out some workout video on the tube and this is what I found. How’s that for motivation, one way or another…:excited:rofl
Heres some motivation minus the fucking homo dude and black gorilla looking bitch

whenever u guys are done watchin puss motivation vids you can watch a real motivational video, shit that gets you from sitting on your couch eating potatoe chips in your boxers to hitting up the gym then the grocery store!

I don’t know why anyone would want to be that big… I’d much rather be healthy in a well rounded way than muscle bound to the point where normal movement takes excessive effort due to sheer size… might as well be morbidly obese
ewww synthol. not even a performance drug. thats a show oil. pretty much turns muscle to a water balloon
some people die trying to run a mile some people die trying to bench 350. everyones different. i know “healthy” people who run every day that die while running. doesnt sound healthy anymore does it?
Doesnt matter if you want to be that big or even be a bodybuilder for that matter because even if you tried, it wouldnt happen, myself included… To have the look they have, bodybuilding NEEDS to be your job, you need to eat 10 times a day based off mathematics, you need steroids, hgh, insulin, peptides as you said and you need to train 4-6 hours maybe more per day!
I dont want to be AS big as most of these guys in this video, but that doesnt mean it doesnt motivate me… Im inspired by how dedicated these guys are, how hard they train and how god damned strict they are following a diet regimine as no matter how hard i try, I cant even lol…
Youd be surprised on a bodybuilders cardio, while most of it is low intensity, the length of there cardio is sometimes over an hour straight, which imo is awesome.
to each his own, but these guys training motivates me alot more then some dumb hoes half naked… at least when im focused on “fitness”
what about being born with amazing genes perfect for body building/power lifting?
some people can set goals and complete them. i can guarantee if you had the perfect cycle of helpers you could be one of thoese guys. i have personally seen hgh make people into things they couldnt achieve before. its funny because you never see the before and after ronnie coleman or kai green. you could be 300lbs with too much muscle and inches taller.
i know men that are 350lbs and more that eat once a day. it all depends on the intake. some eat more thna others. some peoples bodies are able to use the food more than others. etc. genes play a role too but its more of a drug thing. try it out
training is a big part for most but some guys dont train and are stronger than ones who train. some guys who dont train have a better body than ones who train. and vice verse
you have to be positive and happy to achieve great things.
genetics play a huuugeee role… but imo, a role that just determines how easy or how hard you have to work to get freakish big… Look at Dave polumbo, worst motherfucking genetics ive ever seen lolol… in some pics, I wanna throw up… but in contest prep, with strict diet/training he looks the part.
I want my 4 minutes back for watching this pointless video. These guys know absolutely nothing about nutrition and probably training… There all wannabe powerlifters exept for maaybe the guy all the way on the left… Regaurdless, a powerlifter is more times then not, really unhealthy… Most dirty bulk all yr round just to add size, muscle or fat, it makes no difference, weight helps move more weight.
