Maybe Continental could buy all of the surrounding homes so people wouldn’t have to live there. It would be a very small cost compared to what they are facing. Just sayin…
so apparently i knew someone that was on the plane, just got an email from my father about it. 
thats the first thing that I assumed. Honestly, if I was the family I wouldn’t WANT to live there. Take the insurance money and build elsewhere.
I got an email this morning to sign this petition, I dont think people realize that the site is going to be sacred ground for the families that lost loved ones in this tragedy. Maybe im missing that they want to build them a home on another piece of land?

but on another not, this is becoming a much to talked about thing on the news. i can understand giving all the info and sharing stories with people, but there is also other news that needs to be talked about besides a plane accident. when more info comes up, sure go ahead and share it, but for people that are hurting from this, turning on your tv and seeing this on everything is got to be getting old real fast for them and hurting the situation more.

I’m curious why everyone who ever perishes in a tragedy is so fucking saintly. People always come out of the woodwork about how great this person was and how much they’re going to miss them, when in reality, they probably would not have even known about the person passing for years if they hadn’t seen it on the news, or get a call on a fucking phone tree…
the only thing i dont like is how they are talking to people on the news and its like “My moms coworkers brothers neighbor was on the plane” and they are crying and at the curch thing… really … or is it just me

keep in mind, shit has hit the fan for that area, understand that for some people, regardless of what has gone on, thats where they live, have lived and will always call home. its a small little neighborhood where I’m sure they all know each other, and it would probably easier for all of them to come together, than moving everyone to other locations where people are not feeling the same pain as them.
