Floor Rust

I have a 240 that has some major rust issues, the car is of sentimental value hence i would like to keep it. I have rust holes on the sturt tower casing, and rear passenger side has major rust issues on the floor. If possible if someone can help me repair the rust or even paint the car altogether and get the rust fixed. I would really appreciate. I am kind of new to the site, so if anyone needs clarifications about something let me know. Thanks
