Follow up on my cylinder 5 Misfire...

yeah you def dont want to be easy on it, i wouldnt bring it past 4500-5000rpms. Def want those rings to seat and they wont seat properly if your driving it around normal, your cylinder walls need to give it all types of pressure so it can withstand the beating, but like johawk said dont beat on it to much

Vary engine speeds/load. Some say your rings are seated within the first 10 revolutions.

by the time ya get it back the rings will be seated in the motor drive it normally or as ya would normally i should say just change oil in about 1000-1500 miles and your good ;D

hold it of the rev limiter for 2 minutes.

then the rings will be seated nicely :mwahaha

thinking about the APS Twin turbo kit and keeping it simple and reliable on a stock motor…6psi = 505rwhp on a stock LS1

if you go the second route you’ll be a bit quick for me haha. is aps the turbos that are underneath?
