I lived on that block of Sterling from 04-06 and it is a quite neighborhood, walking distance of more than a few bars and restaurants. My buddy still lives there and has never had a problem.

this thread makes me regret buying a single, 675 has to be a HUGE chunk of your mortgage (if not the whole thing)

it really is a great apartment in a nice quiet neighborhood. all the houses on my street are owner occupied doubles, which makes for good neighbors and well maintained properties. delaware park is a quarter mile away, the heart of hertel is 10 houses down. Location is prime!
