Yeah I know. Anyway.
Got a 91 Festiva with rotors warped like Charles Manson. These rotors are awesome because they’re a wacky hub-over rotor design so we can’t just toss new rotors on. The alternative seems to be to find someone that can cut the rotors on the car (I know these shops are around), though the rotors are so bad and I’m clearly going to have to pay either way I’d really rather just put new ones on and be done with it.
It seems like there must be a special kind of adapter to press the rotors off of the hub. As far as I know, Ford quit making parts and/or regularly working on Festivas a few years ago. That said, has anyone changed rotors on a Festiva?
