The Track is fenced in…it can’t possibly hurt the Bobolinks…
I think they are worried more about them losing their home, not necessarily them getting into the track.

According to their facebook page, the final appeal against the track is March 21st.

Dunno. You can ask them on their facebook page. IMO, judging by what’s been going on, I’d say it’s already a done deal. But who knows when the hippies are involved. I’m headed to Florida though, so I won’t be going.

Final Appeal against was denied. They are planning a groundbreaking ceremony. Hopefully it still includes a road course hahahaha. (the road course bit is me joking around that after all that wouldn’t it suck if they just built the oval, I have no inside knowledge on this topic).
