I hope you’ve discussed your situation with counsel because things are going to get ugly. Get yourself some receipts and some signed and notarized afadavits fron whomever you got the engine from. If it’s a shop, then it definitely shouldn’t be a problem to prove that the engine is yours. Get on that shit and raise doubt before you get dragged in the mud.
