Its 550 a month plus electricity. It is in a quad. The others will not be here though, so its pretty much yours. If you want your friends to join you they will let them take their lease for the summer since they will not be here either.
As far as the complex, pool, hot tub, weightroom , tanning beds, movie room, indoor basketball court, game room, parking 5 feet away.
