uh…buy a new one
do NOT soak it in penetrating, while that might get it working for a month, it will just sieze up again and you’ll have to replace it then, so might as well save yourself some time and just get it replaced. they’re pretty cheap at napa
what part of it is siezed?
if its the acble in the jacket, buy a new one.
if its a servicable end link Naval jelly will remove the corrosion.
Srsly, how much is a new one?
New parking brake cable is like $50 max IIRC
Part # 47510-SR1-A12. $66.03. I can have one tomorrow morning.
if its an automatic just leave it
