got 2 cars for sale/trade. I just need a working car, so trade woudl be ideal and i need it ASAP!
first car:
1995 suzuki esteem. Just boguht it a week ago and i smashed into a guard rail yesterday morning because of black ice. I paid 1250$ for it. Looking for 500$ OBO to whoever wants it. The shop and i tired to smash it back out a little just so i can drive it, but i dont want to work on it anymore. Car still drive/runs perfect. No allignment issues either. Just body damage.
Come take a look at it if you want. Its sitting in my driveway but you ca still drive it!

Second car:
1990 240sx hatch.
Specs:
- 5spd.
- p. windows
- p. side mirrors
- ps steering
- no a/c hooked up but i have all the parts
- sunroof ( no rust of leaks!)
- stock spoiler
- stock front lip painted black
- ABS
story:
got the car this past summer. The old motor had high km’s then it finaly died. The HG blew, so i decided to drop in a DOHC.
Long story short, the car runs, but its need an expert to fix it to run properly.
Im kinda new to these cars, so i dont know much about it. From what i have gathered, its probably a vac leak or the ilde screw needs to be adjusted but i cant reach it so i never tired that yet.
It runs and starts up no problem. You can even drive it! The bad part is it will just stall out as the revs drop. But if you keep your foot on the gas, it works fine and doesnt stall or anything. So if anyone knows whats going on and knows the problem or thinks they can tackle it, i think it will be worth your while!
Rust issues:
Body is great overall. No under frame rust except one spot on the p.side near the diff. Starting to have some cancer. Strut towers are good, no rust. The driver rear fender has some minor rust on the inside of the lip part, you cant see it straight on, its only surface.
Paint is great and still shines. It has some minor dents that cant be pulled but nothing major. You can see the one dent in the pic. There is a dent on the driver side front fender, about toonie sized. And there is a couple more little dents on the p. side front fender.
Parts:
- Bings short shifter
- New clutch when engine was put in
- New battery
- Aftermarket AR steering wheel
- D2 full coilovers with adjustbale dampening and adjustable front camber. They were installed last summer as well and barely used. ( i may keep these though…depends on the trade or money i get)
- 2.5" custom cat back with a generic muffler. (NOt loud, seriously!)
- Brand new Magnaflow CAT (2.5)
- Brand new NGK platinum plugs
- Cone filter with adapter
- Sleepy eye mod
- I will include the SOHC engine in the sale with all the parts needed ie: harness, ECU, MAF, etc.
Things needed to be done still:
- obviously the idle issue
- The coolant system needs to be bled
- Low pressure line for the power steering needs to be hooked up. We used the same lines and pump, just bent the lines. The hard part is done!
- Heater core hose thing for the heat, needs to be hooked up.
- The down pipe off the exhaust mani. needs a “donut” to seal the downpipe to the exhaust.
- EGR is not hooked up but can be if you want to hook it up
- Need a tach or stock DOHC tach
- Temp gauge needs to be soldered on since the nipple thing broke
- That is all that needs to be completed
Interior:
- Driver side seat has a rip, like all the other 240 's out there.
- Aside form that , MINT MINT MINt and super clean!
- No leaks from the sunroof or trunk or anything, no water gets in.
Im not looking really to sell for money, id rather a trade cause i need a car ASAP. This is supposed to be moving weekend for my gf to go back to london and this is just not the best time for me anymore since i smashed my car now so ill take trader over cash.

Make me an offer or offer your trades. The car runs but has some idle issues. Im only selling it because i honestly never have time work on it anymore. Im expecting to take a hit for this one.
Heres a break down of what ive spent so far:
- car was 2100$
- 125$ for engine (got a sweet deal! and it was pulled form a running car)
- 400$ for swap labour
- 70$ for magnaflow cat + the install for 40$
- New o2 sensor - 60$
- 100$ for harness
- 60$ for ECU
- 15$ for TB and TPS
- disstributor was 35$
- plugs 25$
- brake bleeding 75$
- random diagnostics that was a waste of money 150$
- battery - 90$
- random extra butchered harness and plugs 35$
- MAf x2 , one was 25$ the other was 35$
- new brake pads all around 70$
There s probably a few more things but its been so long now that i forget.
The car was running at one point thanks to absolum but ever since i changed the TB and TPS, it had that idle/stall issue.




These pics were taken when i got the car and a couple weeks of driving. I honestly drove this car for maybe 2.5 weeks before the HG blew. Its been in the shop since! Those rims are not included. You will get steeles. tires are good. Sorry, i dont have pics of the eninge bay, but its just looks like anyother '91+ DOHC out there.
make an offer on the suzuki…dont be shy to make an offer if your a body guy! it would be a great car for someone who wants to do a ghetto fix or to do it properly. Ill even trade the suzuki for ka-t parts like turbo, FMIC, SAFC, etc. I just want it to go. Id rather sell it someone who would fix it then a yard cause there is honestly nothing wrong with the engine or the way it drives! Has a new clutch and poilished valve cover and tranny casing!
