why does everyone think kuss a car has some frame rot that it instantly becomes a parts car??? I had a whole section of my Front Frame done on my car and it cost next to nothing… Good deal.
I want a 240 with a good frame because after the V8 is dropped into is and it’s producing 500whp, I don’t want to be second-guessing anything. I think she’s good and well worth the money, just needs someone to love her. Any more questions, please pm or email.
I bought a almost mint “in my opinion” 92 for $700 with a “tiny” hole in the frame which the owner said was not able to be saftied… it had a brand new rebuilt engine/tranny with appox 15k… new brakes/tires all round and pretty much no body work required… and was saftied easily…
If $1500 is way off, I’ll take the best offer I’m given. I know a guy from the Maxima club who has bought 3rd gen Maxima’s for a few hundred dollars and parted it out for +$800. I think, considering the desireability of 240SX’s for drifting and how destructive that style of racing can be to a car, I think $1500 is potentially realistic.
to tell you the truth, there is demand for it, but there are enough 240s out there…
this car isn’t a rare classic. soo the condition does really reflect the pricing. from your words, this car isn’t even worth over 1k b/c of the body
Yes, it’s the same. 90% of the car is the same (S13A = 89-90, S13B = 91-93)…biggest, if not only differences are the front bumper and the engine is a DOHC in the S13B. The only other thing might be the rim style.
