FS: It's Time! Heavily Modded 240sx

1991 240sx (LHD!!!). This vehicle is severly moddified.

There are numerous reasons for why I am selling. Mainly because I need a car that I can use everyday, and leave downtown, without getting broken into, and I cannot afford to buy another nice car (yes, I’m picky, lol).

This vehicle has NOT been drifted/bagged on/tortured and there are many members here that can vouche for that. This car has been kept in EXTREMELY good condition. Never smoked in. Never winter driven, EVER. I am the second owner, the first of which had this car garaged it’s whole life.

The car itself has 23X,XXXkm on it. The engine was just rebuilt in July. It currently has about 2000km on it. It was just recently broken in, and hasn’t been proffessionally tuned yet; so it is running rich, with some timing retarded, to keep it in the “safe zone”. The engine is running Castrol Syntec 5W50. Tranny has Redline fluids.

The vehicle was painted 2 summers ago, but the front bumper could use a respray, as there are many rock chips. Otherwise, the body is in exceptional shape. Interior is in excpetional shape, besides the usual wear on the drivers seat, which is minimal. Grey/black interior, with leather seats.

I have not had it dyno’d yet, so I am not sure on the actual WHP numbers this vehicle puts out. The bottom end is built for WELL over 500whp, but the turbo is currently the limiting factor at just over 400whp. With the down-tune, I would estimate about 370whp. Just need to tune, run higher octane fuel, and turn up the boost to 21psi, and you should be over the 400whp mark.

As you can imagine, there will be no test-pilots.

The price I am looking for will include all of the extra parts, including a few hour long (I’m sure) tutorial of the vehicle, so that the owner is not left hanging with something they don’t know about. I will also sit down with them and give them the run-down of the PowerFC, and the general rules about tuning the car.

What I would like is around the $20,000 mark. As you can guess, there is FAR more money and time into this vehicle than that, so I think I’m taking a big hit on this one, especially to be selling at this time of year/market.

My only wish, is that this goes to a good home. I have owned this car for almost 7 years now, and I am extremely sad to see it go. I wish I was a millionaire and I could keep it.

I’m sure I forgot to add some detail, so feel free to ask away.

Here are the main points:
Fast
Extremely Fast
Clean body
No rust (just a tad starting on the front strut tower)
Emaculate interior
New motor
Definite one of a kind

Please PM me, email to anerenberg@hotmail.com, or call 780-266-0896.

$20,000 OBO, YES, BEST OFFER!!

Amazing car and really a great Nissan owner. I’ve seen this car go from having the lowly KA to this great SR in it.

Aaron took really good care of this car, I don’t know if Aaron posted this but it’s not winter driven, and Aarons version of winter is about 8 months long (if there is gravel left over from the previous winter, it’s not goin on the road!). It’s sad to see this car go.

Sorry to waste space in the thread, as Im not a potential buyer. I was just wondering, what does it have for a diff? VLSD?

NOOO!!! SOOO NICE!!! SRBURG!!!

GL on sale!

Thanks guys.

Stock LSD. No 1 wheels action here. But stock LSD none the less.

sooo sexy :prayer:

Nice car, to bad you have to sell. I do have one question though…

Why do you have a second set of wheels with winter rubber for a car that has never been driven in the winter time ?

I’m sure that when Aaron bought the car ages ago it came with the stock rims and winters.

Thats a good question. One set is the one that was on the car when I bought it. The second set with the winter tires came with the car. The guy I bought it off said he never winter drove it. But who knows. The winter tires look brand new, but I put 90% for the benefit of the doubt. lol. Although I do agree, that does sound contradictory. lol

Aaron was kidnapped by aliens and the person who made this post thread is an imposter!

Bump for a fast car.

Who built the engine??? why was it rebuilt?

details please

Machined by EC Automotive. Assembled by yours truely with utmost attention to details. All cleanrances and torque set to spec.

Rebuilt because I blew the pistons rings on cylinder #2.

Just out of curiousity, what spec cams are in the car?

If I remember correctly, 264’s.

Thats one gorgeous car. Pretty impressive specs. Good luck with your sale.

I’ll be considering any reasonable offers. Went in the autotrader finally.

THanks for all the comments.

Bump for a amazing car

Would you consider parting with the unknown lowering springs? (I need some soo bad)

Thanks!

PM me about the spring. Won’t part though.

Alright, I bought a new car, so I have to get rid of this fabulous car… unfortunately.

So I am flexible on the price. $20,000 OBO. Yes, best offer.
